For hotel accommodation, please book directly with Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort. The hotel provides the discounted rate for ADFIAP International CEO Forum participants; special package consists of 4-nights (IDR 2.800.000/night) within specific stay period. However, you must fulfil the 4-nights. Booking for less than 4-nights will lead you to get the normal commercial rate, according to their room availability.

BADGES
Access to the event is by official badge only. Online registration at https://ceoforumxvii.adfiap.org/ is mandatory and will end on October 23, 2024.
The in-person registration starts 05 November 2024, 8:00 AM at the hotel lobby of Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort.
VISA & TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

- PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) can issue Letters of Invitation, upon request, to support visa formalities to delegates and guests who may need it.
- Air tickets and other expenses related to the travel to Bali, Indonesia are to be covered by the participants personally.
- Ensure that travel documents required for your travel and to enter Bali, Indonesia are in order. This may include: (a) valid passport with at least 6 months validity period at the time of arrival; (b) roundtrip air ticket /confirmed itineraries; (c) official letter of invitation, if needed; (d) program of activities, for reference;
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
PT SMI offers complimentary shared transfers between I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport and the event venue, Sofitel Nusa Dua Bali, on the 5th and 6th of November 2024. Several pick-up schedules are available every hour from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM (UTC +8).
For the return journey, shared airport transfers are available on the 8th and 9th of November 2024 from Sofitel Nusa Dua Bali to the airport. Shuttle services will run every hour between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM (UTC +8). Homebound departing participants must be ready at least 3 hours before their scheduled flight departure.
Participants or guests who prefer independent transfers are encouraged to arrange private transfers online through the hotel or use available taxi services. Examples of online transportation services in Indonesia include Grab, Gojek, and MyBluebird, all of which provide pick-up zones at both domestic and international arrivals.

MEALS
Breakfast is included in the room accommodation. In addition, the following will be served/provided during the event:

- 08 Nov – Lunch will be provided during fellowship tour
DRESS CODE
Most places in Bali are relaxed. You’ll want to bring light, breathable clothes to cope with the humidity, while ensuring you dress respectfully when visiting spiritual or religious sites.
The general dress code for the event is business attire. Additionally, please take note of the following dress guidelines:
- 06 Nov/Welcome Dinner – Business or Smart Casual
- 07 Nov/Gala Dinner – National Costume. Since the event will be held outdoor, we strongly recommend you to use flat shoes (no high heels)
- 08 Nov/Fellowship Tour – Casual with comfortable footwear. Due to the sunny weather in Bali, it is recommended to bring sunglasses and/or a hat for sun protection.
MEDICAL CARE
- Travel/Medical insurance is a must for all attendees; and this will be covered by them personally.
- Adequate supply of personal medicines is suggested that may include medicines taken on a regular basis at home to relieve headache, stomachache, toothache, etc.
- Wearing of face mask in Bali, Indonesia is not mandatory. However, you may opt to equip yourselves with hand sanitizers and other precautionary measures for your own good and safety.
